How do rent payments work, and how do I get paid?
Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Owners’ payments are made via ACH deposits no later than the 15th of the month (or the next business day).

    Tenants and owners can submit maintenance requests through the online portal. Requests include descriptions and photos for transparency and quick resolution.
  • Can I do the repairs myself?

While possible, we recommend using our vetted vendors for their reliability, licensing, and professionalism to minimize risk.

How do you advertise properties?
We use professional photos, 3D virtual tours, and listings on major rental websites to maximize tenant interest and reduce vacancies.

  • Should I accept pets?
    Allowing pets increases demand and rental income, but you can prohibit them if preferred. We can guide you on mitigating potential pet damage.
  • How much will my property rent for each month?
    We provide a professional market analysis based on comparable properties and local market trends to determine the optimal rental price.

Who pays for maintenance costs?
Owners cover maintenance costs unless tenant misuse is responsible. We aim to control expenses while maintaining property quality.

  • What happens if my tenant stops paying rent or causes trouble?
    Our screening process minimizes these risks, but if issues arise, we address them promptly and professionally, including eviction.
